80% of Euro-Centers case´s are paid through one of our cashless solutions (guarantee of payment, direct billing or flash the card). This is recognised by policyholders as a significant benefit, as clients do not need to worry about cash payments; Euro-Center takes care of it.

Providing cashless service does not mean Euro-Center loses control over the cost. All invoices are checked, from both a financial and medical point of view, and paid only if found in order.

Swift claims handling. Through effective procedures and by understanding local processes, we are able to ensure turn-around times of within five days.

Online claims submission. Policyholders can submit claims and all related documentation through a dedicated web page simplifying and speeding up the reimbursement process.
