Our history

Euro-Center was established in 1971 in Mallorca, after the founders realised how local assistance to travellers could vastly enhance their experiences in the host country. The idea was spot-on, and Euro-Center soon grew to include offices in Larnaca, Prague, Istanbul, New York, São Paulo, Cape Town, Bangkok, Beijing, Moscow and Sydney. These offices support our 24/7 medical assistance hubs in Prague, Helsinki, Madrid and Bangkok.

The company has continued to evolve over the years, to ensure our offering is still meeting the mark when it comes to the needs of our clients, travellers and expatriates. Our solid backing and experience, coupled with cutting edge technology and a highly passionate team, keeps us at the forefront of the industry we helped to create.

Today, we are made up of more than 300 employees. Our Euro-Center teams work seamlessly together, across the globe, and are known to make the impossible, possible. Because we do not have to rely on TPAs, everybody has a unified understanding of our business, goals and service ethos.
